We offer a variety of digital downloads, including crafting guides, DIY templates, printable planners, SVG files, and other creative resources. All our products are designed to inspire creativity and make crafting accessible and fun.

2. How will I receive my digital products?

After your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads by logging into your account on our Shopify store. All files are available instantly—no shipping required!

3. What should I do if I have trouble downloading my files?

If you encounter any issues with downloading, try the following:

  • Ensure a stable internet connection.

  • Use a desktop or laptop for downloading, as some mobile devices may have restrictions.

  • Check your spam or junk folder for the download email. If problems persist, contact our support team at freecreations@gmail.com.

4. Can I use the digital products for commercial purposes?

Each product comes with specific licensing terms. Most of our digital products are for personal use and may be used to create commercial products. However, they MAY NOT be resold.

5. Do you offer refunds or exchanges on digital products?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

6. Can I customize the digital products?

Many of our products are customizable, especially SVG files and templates. We provide file formats compatible with popular editing software. If you require specific customizations, let us know!

7. How do I open and use the digital files?

Instructions are provided with each purchase. Common file formats include PDF, SVG, PNG, and JPG. We recommend:

  • SVG files: Use with Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio.

  • bat Reader.

  • PNG/JPG files: Compatible with most graphic design programs.

  • Canva-editable templates: Use Canva to open and edit. Canva Pro is recommended.

8. Do you provide tutorials or crafting tips?

 9. How often do you release new products?
